The 28-year-old actress and singer have previously suffered from her mental health. The actress, on the other hand, claims to be at ease these days.
"Right now, I'm in a terrific place," she told Stellar. "I work on my mental health daily."

Last year, Gomez disclosed that she had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder during an Instagram Live presentation with Miley Cyrus. The diagnosis came after Gomez had been suffering from severe anxiety and depression for years, leaving him depressed for days at a time. Gomez says she's now working on "accepting and appreciating the pieces of us that make us unique," which she believes is "very vital."
